- Sale Items: Once purchased, sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or size exchanges.
Shipping:
- In-Stock Items: Products will be shipped within 24 hours if available in stock.

Exchanges:
- Size Exchange: Available within 5 days from the date of purchase, provided the required size is in stock.
- Condition: Items must be unused, with original tags intact and in pristine condition. Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to size exchanges.
