This is especially important to keep in mind in case a purchase is made during a sale period or with any special discount or offer. Item(s) purchased during sale are final and no exchange or return is available. 

 

Returns (if applicable)
1. As a policy we don’t accept returns unless the product is defect, however this has to be informed within 5-7 days from receipt of the product. 
2. No returns or exchange is available on accessories - bags, sunglasses, bracelets, socks, bodywear, tank tops, caps, pins etc, & collectibles like rugs, figures etc are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellations once shipped out.

  1. Sale items (if applicable):
    No returns or exchange is allowed on sale items. All sale item sales are final.


Process for returns:
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tag and seal intact. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. The item to return must be sent back to us at:

3. Once we receive the item and approve it for return, we will ship the order piece within 5-7 working days and 15-21 days in case the product is an MTM order.
4.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):
To request an exchange email on infoprojektstreet@gmail.com. All exchange requests are subject to availability.


  1. As a policy we allow an exchange only once per order.  (We do not provide refunds.)

  2. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

3. Once we receive the item and approve it for exchange, we will ship the product out within 72 hours. This sale will be a final sale and no further returns or exchanges will be allowed on the order.

Refunds:

As a policy, we do not issue any refunds or returns for products once sold.


SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
