• Keep It Low-Traffic: Position the rug in areas with minimal foot traffic to reduce wear.
• Gentle Care Only: Avoid sharp objects and scrubbing to prevent fiber damage.
• Frequent, Gentle Vacuuming: Use a vacuum with a low setting regularly, avoiding high suction power.
• Sunlight and Dusting: Occasionally let your rug bask in the sun and dust it to keep it clean.
• Furniture Protection: Place rubber or silicone pads under furniture legs to avoid pressure marks.
• Thread Management: If any threads come loose, carefully trim them with scissors instead of pulling.
• Blot Spills: For spills, promptly blot with a clean, absorbent cloth or paper towel. Do not rub or scrub.
• Professional Cleaning: For comprehensive cleaning, seek the help of a specialized carpet cleaner.

Refunds & Returns:

Shipping:

1. In-Stock Items: Products will be shipped within 24 hours if available in stock.

3. The delivery of your rug typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks for manufacturing and shipping. Please note that weather conditions and other factors could influence this timeline. We’ll keep you updated on your order status.
4. Store Hours: Our store is closed on Mondays.

Exchanges:

1. Size Exchange: Available within 5 days from the date of purchase, provided the required size is in stock.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, with original tags intact and in pristine condition. Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.
3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to size exchanges.
